Counting Photos
Yes, there are more than 1,200 photos online as of yesterday, but that's not what this post is about.
I've been putting photos into a catalog program I use, creating a new catalog roughly every two months (so that any one catalog doesn't have too many). Last night I grabbed the total number of photos from each catalog and the start/end dates as well, and calculated the average number of photos taken per day of Dorothy since she was born (OK, technically since right before she was born, since we have a few hospital photos as well). The good news is that the average is trending downward, but it seems to be approaching a plateau (as much as a "plateau" can be read from a couple of data points). Here's the data:
