Yes, unlike way too many so-called "men" who abandon their children, James took in a daughter he didn't know he had when her mother abandoned her. And even more impressive, he's stayed in school rather than quit to get a job. Seeking education, and taking responsibility for his child. The young man deserves a ton of respect for Doing The Right Thing.
